Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At EchoAgain (“EchoAgain,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to transparent and fair billing practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscriptions, credit packs, add-ons, and other purchases made to access our AI voice recreation services (“Services”). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility (The “14-Day / No-Usage Rule”)
Refunds are available only when all of the following conditions are met:
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
- Timeframe: The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.
- No Usage: None of the credits or features included in the purchase have been used.
2.2 Usage Definition
A credit is considered “used” if it was deducted for:
- Uploading, processing, or cleaning audio
- Generating or training a voice model
- Producing sample outputs
- Running inference using a recreated voice
- Any GPU-dependent server-side operation
3. Satisfaction, Quality, & Technical Issues
3.1 Output Quality
Because the final voice output depends heavily on the quality of the audio provided, refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with voice resemblance once credits have been consumed. This includes noise, muffled recordings, poor microphone quality, or extremely short clips.
3.2 Technical Errors (Our Side)
If a server-side technical error results in credits being deducted without generating usable output, we may restore the deducted credits or issue a partial/full refund for the affected portion. Diagnostic information may be requested.
3.3 User-Side Errors
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:
- User internet interruptions
- Corrupt or unsupported files
- Failure to follow input specifications
- Device or browser-related issues
4. Subscription Cancellations
4.1 Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- You retain access to your remaining credits until the end of the billing cycle.
4.3 No Prorated Refunds
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time or unused credits after the 14-day window or if any credit was used during the billing cycle.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Any purchase where any credit was used
- Dissatisfaction caused by low-quality audio
- Accidental purchases where credits were used
- Auto-renewals where credits were consumed
- Promotional, bonus, or gift credit purchases
- User equipment, browser, or device limitations
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback does not entitle you to continued access to the Services. Accounts may be suspended while disputes are investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account bans.
7. Gift Cards, Promotional Credits, and Coupons
These items are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Only the cash-paid portion of a purchase may be refundable, subject to all policy rules.
8. Multi-Plan or Multi-Credit Pack Purchases
Refund eligibility is evaluated per transaction. If one purchase has unused credits and another has used credits, only the unused purchase may qualify for a refund.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] and include:
- Your account email
- Transaction date
- A statement confirming no credits from that purchase were used
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
10. Amendments
EchoAgain may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
